Motion by appellant for leave to appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 5, 2021, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order dated March 5, 2021, is appealable as of right; and it is further,
