| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 14, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for poor person relief and assignment of counsel, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is denied, with leave to renew within 30 days upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income, and expenses, and any debts owed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before May 3, 2021, the appellant shall serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
