Motion by Excel Products, Inc., as assignee of Vanessa Glasgow, for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 28, 2020, as imposed a sanction upon its counsel. Application by American Independent Ins. Co., in effect, to impose a sanction upon Excel Products, Inc., as assignee of Vanessa Glasgow, or upon its counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for the relief sought.
