DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 2, 2020, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, entered October 19, 2020. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate the appeals, to deem the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before May 5, 2021, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the appellant's appendix and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court, which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-01537 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-05627, and file, via NYSCEF, replacement digital copies of the appellant's appendix and briefs which contain the corrected covers, on or before May 5, 2021, the appellant shall initialize the appeal from the order and judgment for efiling, and serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix via NYSCEF containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental appellant's appendix in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
