The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Martha Yepes, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the

Justice Court of the Village of Port Chester, Westchester County, rendered February 28, 2020, to compel court reporter Wanda Sepulveda to furnish transcripts of all proceedings from specific court dates.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and court reporter Wanda Sepulveda is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts from the proceedings on August 23, 2018, October 4, 2018, October 18, 2018, November 1, 2018, November 19, 2018, November 26, 2018, December 10, 2018, January 14, 2019, February 7, 2019 and March 28, 2019, within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion. Appellant's attorney shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the court reporter within 10 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
