DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 2020. Motion by Vinod Gulati and Gulati & Goyal, LLP, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of their appeal, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and to extend the time to serve and file a brief on their appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeal by Vinod Gulati and Gulati & Goyal, LLP, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) is vacated, the time of Vinod Gulati and Gulati & Goyal, LLP, to serve and file a brief on their appeal via NYSCEF is extended until April 21, 2021, and Vinod Gulati and Gulati & Goyal, LLP, shall file an original and five hard copies of the their brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs, if any, via NYSCEF is extended until May 21, 2021, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
