The Attorney for the Child having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered July 29, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals by the Attorney for the Child is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals by the Attorney for the Child with the appeals by Benjamin Kaye is dismissed on the ground that the appeals by Benjamin Kaye are deemed dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
