ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the dismissal of the appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 3, 2021. No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
