Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 11, 2020, and November 23, 2020, respectively. Motions by the appellant Town of Oyster Bay to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals are denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted, the time of the appellant Town of Oyster Bay to serve and file the record or appendix and its brief via NYSCEF is extended until May 10, 2021, and the Town of Oyster Bay shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and its brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
