The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Reyes L. Cruz, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered October 19, 2020. Appellant seeks an order compelling the Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to produce an audible copy of the trial minutes to the certified transcriber.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency shall produce of copy of the audio to the certified transcriber within 15 days of the date of this decision & order on motion.
