Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 12, 2018. Motion by Nora G. Langan, as executrix of the estate of Constance Ann Goodwin, and the appellants-respondents Joyce G. Marks, Kim N. Goodwin, and Donna M. Goodwin to substitute Nora G. Langan, as executrix of the estate of Constance Ann Goodwin, for the deceased appellant-respondent, Constance A. Goodwin, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Nora G. Langan, as executrix of the estate of Constance Ann Goodwin, is substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent, Constance A. Goodwin, and the caption is amended accordingly.
