| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Satish Kumar Goli for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Goli was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on September 17, 1996. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 9, 2008, Mr. Goli was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Satish Kumar Goli does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
