DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 12, 2019. Motion by Joyce Mooney, a petitioner-respondent in Proceeding No. 1 and a respondent-respondent in Proceeding No. 2, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for Joyce Mooney to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), Joyce Mooney's time to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before May 12, 2021, Joyce Mooney shall serve her brief and upload digital copies of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Joyce Mooney shall file an original and five hard copies of her brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
