Appeal by Marc Fishman from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), dated January 28, 2021. By order to show cause dated February 24, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order dated January 28, 2021.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order dated January 28, 2021 (see CPLR 5511).
