Motion by Paul White to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 23, 2020, should leave to appeal from the order be granted.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court decided herewith, denying an application for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated July 23, 2020.
