It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that the order appealed from is not appealable as of right (see Matter of Kelly v Senior, 151 AD3d 1775, 1775 [4th Dept 2017]), and
It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed.
