Appeal by Julia C. and Thomas C. from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated November 6, 2020. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kristin Finan, dated April 6, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on her behalf:

(2) the petitioner-respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the petitioner-respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
