Motion by Ivan Gordan, also known as Ivan Gordon, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 26, 2021, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by Ivan Gordan, also known as Ivan Gordon, to hold the attorney for Bopha Ngoun in contempt and to impose a sanction upon counsel, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated February 26, 2021, and to hold the attorney for Bopha Ngoun in contempt and to impose a sanction upon counsel are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
