Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2018, and March 5, 2019, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 16, 2020. Separate motions by 670 Merrick Road Realty Corp. and Cappy's Warehouse Wine & Spirits, Inc., for leave to reargue the appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with $100 costs.
