Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 11, 2020, and an order of the same court dated August 6, 2020. Motion by the respondents Harte Placements, Inc. d/b/a Nassau - Johrens Registry Agency and Seniorbridge Family Companies (NY), Inc. to dismiss the appeal from the order dated August 6, 2020 on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Cross motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 6, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
