DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered May 22, 2018. By decision and order of this Court dated August 26, 2020, the appellant's assigned counsel was relieved and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to serve and file a brief on behalf of the appellant:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Anthony J. Messina is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
