Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 24, 2019.
By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2021, the respondent's prior motion to dismiss the appeal was denied on condition that the appellant serve and file a replacement brief and submit certain transcripts on or before March 12, 2021. The appellant has not filed the replacement brief or submitted the subject transcripts.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2021.
