DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 8, 2020. Motion by the appellant to direct the minutes of the proceedings to be transcribed and to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellant to reconstruct the record of the proceedings and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for the minutes of the proceedings to be transcribed and to reconstruct the record are denied without prejudice to renew upon identification of the date of the proceedings sought to be transcribed or reconstructed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to extend the time to serve and file a brief are granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before May 14, 2021, the appellant shall serve the appellant's brief and upload a digital copy of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
