An order having been entered on April 23, 2019, granting poor person relief and assigning Christine Redfield, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, but said counsel having failed to perfect the appeal on or before July 22, 2019, in accordance with the order of this Court,

Now, upon this Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that the dismissal of the appeal herein be vacated, on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before June 29, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that Todd Monahan, Esq., P.O. Box 838, 25 W. Main Street, Little Falls, New York 13365, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Wyoming County, entered October 17, 2018, in place of Christine Redfield, Esq., and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and five hard copies and one digital copy of appellant's brief, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a) (4), and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Wyoming County is directed to provide Todd Monahan, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
