Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 17, 2019. Application by Jenny A. Covington to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied, without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including an affidavit stating that the applicant is a member in good standing in all jurisdictions in which the applicant is admitted to practice and that the applicant is associated with a member in good standing of the New York bar, and a certificate of good standing from the court or other body responsible for regulating admission to the practice of law in the state in which the applicant maintains her principal office for the practice of law (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]).
