Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 11, 2020. Motion by the appellants for leave to perfect the appeal on the original papers, to enlarge the record to include certain materials, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to perfect the appeal on the original papers and to enlarge the record to include certain materials are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until June 1, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
