The People, etc., respondent,

v Clinton Lawson, appellant.

(Ind. No. 5933/2014)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Clinton Lawson from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 16, 2020. By order to show cause dated February 19, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated November 16, 2020, is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).

MILLER, J.P., LASALLE, BRATHWAITE NELSON and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
