Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 26, 2018, and October 10, 2018, respectively. Application by Deborah Ann Powell-Rosenberg, as executor of the estate of Ted M. Rosenberg, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Ted M. Rosenberg, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Deborah Ann Powell-Rosenberg, as executor of the estate of Ted M. Rosenberg, is substituted for the deceased respondent Ted M. Rosenberg, and the caption is amended accordingly.
