| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 20, 2019, February 10, 2020, and February 25, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the record is inadequate and does not comply with the rules of the Appellate Division or, in the alternative, to strike the record and direct the appellants to serve and file a replacement record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike the record and direct the appellants to serve and file a replacement record is granted, and on or before June 2, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file a replacement record via NYSCEF which contains complete and accurate copies of Exhibits E, F, and G annexed to the respondents' underlying motion for summary judgment, complete and unseparated copies of the appellants' opposition papers filed in connection with the underlying motion for summary judgment and the deposition transcript of the infant plaintiff, and accurate bookmarks and hyperlinks; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
