ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 27, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 7, 2017" and substituting therefor the date "July 7, 2017."
