Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 27, 2020, and December 23, 2020, respectively. Motion by Rockland County Department of Social Services and County of Rockland to hold the appeals in abeyance pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to consolidate the appeals and deem the appeal from the order dated December 23, 2020, to be a cross appeal or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 27, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated March 27, 2020, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved thereby (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to hold the appeal from the order dated March 27, 2020, in abeyance, to consolidate the appeals and deem the appeal from the order dated December 23, 2020, to be a cross appeal or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 27, 2020, are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal from the order dated December 23, 2020, in abeyance pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Rockland County is denied.
