Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 25, 2016, as amended June 1, 2016, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020. Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
