Shlomo Karpen, Appellant, v Julio Andrade, Respondent.

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 20, 2019, and to consolidate the appeal with two related appeals: Shlomo Karpen v Manuel Castro and Miriam Andrade (Docket No. 2021-134 K C) and Shlomo Karpen v Juan Pablo Arevalo and Guadalupe Romero (Docket No. 2021-135 K C).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before July 9, 2021; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeal with two related appeals is granted to the extent that appellant may serve an original and five copies of a single appellant's brief bearing all three appeal numbers, and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all three appeals at the same time.
