2017-01126, 2017-01127, 2017-11499 US Bank National Association, etc., respondent, v Shamika Dowell, et al., appellants, et al., defendants. (Index No. 512093/2015)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, two dated January 3, 2017, and one dated October 20, 2017. By order to show cause dated March 24, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders dated January 3, 2017, and October 20, 2017, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 18, 2018.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
CHAMBERS, J.P., DUFFY, IANNACCI and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
