DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020. Motion by Law Offices of Joshua R. Bronstein & Associates, PLLC, to vacate the decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020, and to hold all proceedings in connection with the appeal in abeyance pending appointment of a representative for the estate of the deceased respondent, Hersh Friedman.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as counsel lacks authority to move for this relief (see Vicari v Kleinwaks, 157 AD3d 975).
