DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered September 26, 2019 and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 7, 2020. Cross-motion by respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted on condition that the appellant perfects the appeal on or before July 2, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by July 2, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is denied.
