| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the above-entitled disciplinary proceeding, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated July 29, 2020, and, upon reargument, to vacate his suspension from the practice of law and refer this matter to a different Special Referee, to make new findings of fact and conclusions of law, as well as a recommendation to the Court, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 18, 1987. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 29, 2020, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective August 28, 2020 (Matter of Adges, 184 AD3d 355).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
