Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 27, 2019. Motion by the attorney for the children Tarahji N., Amir P., Kamiah P., Layha H., and Zuri N. to be relieved and for the assignment of a new attorney or attorneys to represent those children. By order on certification of this Court dated August 31, 2020, the following named attorney was assigned as the attorney for the children Tarahji N., Amir P., Kamiah P., Layha H., and Zuri N. on the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
