Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated May 13, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated May 12, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Names" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Jeanne Malitz" and substituting therefor the name "Allison Angarola".
