DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 6, 2020. Motion by the petitioners-respondents to confirm that no automatic stay of the order and judgment exists pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1) or, in the alternative, in the event that an automatic stay exists, to vacate the automatic stay pursuant to CPLR 5519(c).
