| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 16, 2019. Motion by the appellants to clarify the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated November 6, 2020, and January 25, 2021, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending the service and filing of an answer to the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3408(m), to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and, in effect, to extend the time to make a motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to extend the time to perfect the appeal and, in effect, to extend the time to make a motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) are granted, and the appellants' time to make a motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and perfect the appeal is extended until June 21, 2021; and it is further;
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
