ORDERED that the appeals are transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department for determination (see NY Const, art VI, §§ 4[a], 5[b]; CPLR 5711); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department.
