DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 6, 2021, and a transcript of proceedings of the same court which occurred on April 19, 2021. Motion by Andrew Santora for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and the transcript, and to stay enforcement of the order and the transcript, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
