Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated May 15, 2020. Motion by Brooklyn Law School Disability & Civil Rights Clinic, City University of New York School of Law Disability and Aging Justice Clinic, Cardozo Bet Tzedek Legal Services, and Michael A. Schwartz for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 14, 2021 the amici curiae brief shall be served on the parties and a digital copy uploaded, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and one original and five duplicate hard copies of the amici curiae brief shall be filed in this Court in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after the service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
