2019-12749 In the Matter of Sherrie Godfrey, appellant, v Suffolk Federal Credit Union, et al., respondents. (Index No. 6829/2018)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 3, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as the order is neither appealable as of right nor by permission because no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
DUFFY, J.P., BRATHWAITE NELSON, CHRISTOPHER and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
