The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Long Island Tree and Landscape Service, Inc., Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Roslyn Estates, Nassau County, rendered April 27, 2020, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is granted on condition the appeal is perfected on or before July 2, 2021; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by July 2, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
