Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered May 22, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated May 21, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name(s)" entry concerning petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief in the above-entitled matter the name "Denise Miranda" and substituting therefor the name "John Doe."
