| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 3, 2018. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of a proceeding which occurred on December 6, 2016, and to hold the appeal in abeyance or extend the time to serve and file a respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is denied as unnecessary as the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on December 6, 2016, is properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 23, 2021, the respondent shall cause the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on December 6, 2016, to be filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before June 23, 2021, the respondent shall serve the respondent's brief and upload a digital copy of the respondent's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
