DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 20, 2018, and, in effect, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 21, 2019 and extended by decisions and orders of this court dated July 8, 2019, November 18, 2019 and May 19, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition the appeal be perfected on or before July 19, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by July 19, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
