Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered October 25, 2019 (CAF 19-02162), and to consolidate that appeal with the appeal taken from an order of Family Court entered December 18, 2019 (CAF 21-00108),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal (CAF 19-02162) is extended to July 30, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [3]).
